(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts regarding the use of the digital online video course "GymPrep," offered via the website gymprepclub.com.
(2) The content creator and portal operator is:

(1) Sales processing, checkout, invoicing, and payment handling for the purchase of the online course are executed exclusively through the reseller: Digistore24 MSLW Limited, Ormond Building, 31-36 Ormond Quay Upper, Dublin 7, D07 EE37, Ireland.
(2) The purchase agreement is concluded directly between the customer and Digistore24 MSLW Limited. The Terms and Conditions of Digistore24 MSLW Limited apply additionally to the purchase process.
(1) The subject of this contract is access to a digital online video course ("GymPrep"), consisting of 15 video lessons structured as a 5-week fitness program.
(2) Time-Controlled Release (Drip Content): To ensure optimal training progression, prevent user overwhelm, and safeguard intellectual property, lessons are released sequentially: the system automatically unlocks one new video lesson every 2 days within the members area.
(3) Access details for the members portal are delivered via automated email immediately following purchase confirmation.
(1) Statutory Right of Withdrawal: Purchases of this online course are subject to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason. Notices of withdrawal must be submitted directly to Digistore24 MSLW Limited within this 14-day period.
(2) Extended 60-Day Guarantee: In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal under paragraph (1), SISP INNOVATION SRL voluntarily grants an extended refund period of up to 60 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following condition: to be eligible for a refund between day 15 and day 60, the customer must provide reasonable proof of active participation in the program (e.g. a training log, progress photos or videos, or completion records for the released video lessons).
(3) To request a refund under the Extended 60-Day Guarantee, the customer must contact SISP INNOVATION SRL at info@gymprepclub.com, providing the order number and the proof referred to in paragraph (2). Upon verification, SISP INNOVATION SRL will authorize the refund, which will be processed by Digistore24 MSLW Limited.
(4) This Extended 60-Day Guarantee is a voluntary commitment by SISP INNOVATION SRL and does not affect the customer's statutory right of withdrawal under paragraph (1).
(1) All course content, videos, branding, and materials are protected by copyright law.
(2) Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access the content for private fitness purposes.
(3) Recording, downloading, reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any video or account login credentials is strictly prohibited.
(1) The workouts demonstrated in this course represent general fitness recommendations and do not constitute medical advice. Customers are responsible for verifying their physical and health suitability before starting the training program (consulting a physician if necessary).
(2) Participation in the training program is at the user's own risk. SISP INNOVATION SRL accepts liability only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty, or for injury to life, body, or health.
(1) This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country of residence.
(2) To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Bolzano, Italy.
